Panama-Stadt
Panama is a Central American country on the Isthmus of Panama, between the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. It borders Costa Rica and Colombia. The capital is Panama City and the official language is Spanish. The famous Panama Canal, completed in 1914, shortens the sailing time between the two oceans. The country enjoys dynamic economic growth, driven mainly by the services sector. The climate is tropical, with a rainy season from May to November. The best time to visit Panama is the dry season, from December to April.
